Actually, transforming your health and fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s about creating sustainable habits that fit into your life. That sounds simple, then again many of us have tried different approaches in the past without success. Which is why our Bodywise ‘magic blueprint’ is designed to guide you step by step, managing and reassuring you at every stage, ensuring that you start to achieve the results you’re looking for.

Follow the blueprint and within 6 weeks you’ll see and notice demonstrable changes to your fitness, health and wellbeing. Of course, once most people discover the benefits of feeling fit, they want to stay fit and go on improving their strength and cardio capabilities. But the blend of activity within the 6-week programme – free weights (dumbbells and kettlebells), resistance machines, flexibility sessions, Pilates, cardio equipment – will introduce you to, and make you more comfortable with, a much broader health and fitness practice. At the end of 6 weeks we’ll be well placed to determine a forward-facing plan for the ‘best version of you’ moving forward.

Here’s how our process works – what’s included?


Goal setting and assessment:

We start by sitting down over a cup of herbal tea (or coffee) and write down the goals you want to achieve. Everybody is different and these can be incredibly varied. Some people want a fast-track route to a summer beach body. Others want to start a longer-term weight-loss programme. Some are committed to get fit for a charity event or marathon. A surprising number of Bodywise members start with us because they are in rehab after an injury or surgery. Once we’ve established your goals we’ll give you a comprehensive fitness assessment to understand your current health, performance ability and any challenges you may be facing.

Customised six-week action plan:

Based on your assessment, we craft an individual plan that focuses on sustainable healthy habits tailored to your specific needs. Essentially the whole gym and wellness suite is at your disposal and the plan is centred on you. Forget ‘no pain, no gain’ – our plan will make sure you stay at the edge of your comfort zone, and make you surprised as to what you can achieve.

When combined with our step-by-step nutrition plan, you will look and feel different in a matter of weeks. Our flexible and sustainable strategies are designed to fit your busy schedule and ensure long-term success.

Ongoing mentoring:

We entirely expect you to feel a bit our of your depth from time-to-time – that’s why we’re always here with a supporting hand and ongoing advice. Experience has shown us that people move at different speeds – then perhaps they hit a plateau and need some advice to move them forward, or perhaps sideways for a bit and see things from a different angle. Look upon everybody in the Bodywise team as your ‘new best gym buddy’.

Regular check-ins and feedback

Because we all want to see demonstrable change and share your achievements, we’ll invite you to regularly check-in with one of the team to track your progress, keep you motivated and ensure you are on track to your goals. Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or looking to elevate your existing routine, we create a customized plan that’s tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our step-by-step approach ensures that you build strength, stamina, and healthy habits gradually, so you can progress safely and confidently at your own pace.

When Can I Start?

Once you've joined, you can start right away! We’ll immediately book you in for Client Onboarding and your first week of sessions. Your journey to better health begins as soon as you're ready.

What happens after the 6-week trial?

Continue Your Progress: If you’re happy with your results and want to keep going, you can choose to continue with the programme. We’ll be here to support you and help you achieve even more impressive results.

Part Ways with No Obligation: If you decide not to continue, that’s perfectly okay. We’ll part as friends, and you can keep all the results and resources you’ve gained during the programme.

What if I don't get results?

If you follow our advice and stick to the programme, we absolutely guarantee that you'll see impressive results. How long are the sessions?

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions are 45 minutes long, while large group sessions, such as yoga, can last up to 75 minutes. We ensure that each session is well-planned and progressive, allowing you to get the most out of your workout while fitting it into your busy lifestyle. To maximize your time, we ask everyone to arrive 10 minutes early for a warm-up in our cardio room.
