Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or looking to elevate your existing routine, we create a customized plan that’s tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our step-by-step approach ensures that you build strength, stamina, and healthy habits gradually, so you can progress safely and confidently at your own pace.

When Can I Start?

Once you've completed your payment, you can start right away! We’ll immediately book you in for Client Onboarding and your first week of sessions. Your journey to better health begins as soon as you're ready.

What happens after the 6 week trial?

Continue Your Progress: If you’re happy with your results and want to keep going, you can choose to continue with the programme. We’ll be here to support you and help you achieve even more impressive results.

Part Ways with No Obligation: If you decide not to continue, that’s perfectly okay. We’ll part as friends, and you can keep all the results and resources you’ve gained during the programme.

What if I don't get results?

If you follow our advice and stick to the programme, we absolutely guarantee that you'll see impressive results. However, if you do not make progress despite adhering to the programme, we will offer you a full refund. How long are the sessions?

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions are 45 minutes long, while large group sessions, such as yoga, can last up to 75 minutes. We ensure that each session is well-planned and progressive, allowing you to get the most out of your workout while fitting it into your busy lifestyle. To maximize your time, we ask everyone to arrive 10 minutes early for a warm-up in our cardio room.
