Salt Therapy

Our brand-new Salt Therapy room is now open, offering a quiet, restorative space where microscopic salt particles help cleanse and soothe the lungs, skin and nervous system.


It’s gentle, natural and deeply calming - ideal for anyone managing breathing issues, skin conditions, long-term stress or simply craving a quiet reset.


Just sit back, breathe normally, and let the room work its magic. It’s one of the easiest ways to feel lighter, clearer and more relaxed.

Infrared Sauna

Our private Infrared Sauna is a warm, cocoon-like retreat designed to help your body unwind from the inside out. 


Infrared heat works deeper than traditional steam, easing tight muscles and joints, improving circulation, supporting detoxification, boosting energy and even helping you sleep more deeply.


You get the whole space to yourself (or you can bring a partner), complete with shower, towels, toiletries and a calm area to relax afterwards.


It’s a simple but powerful way to recover after training, manage aches and pains or decompress after a long day.

Therapists & Pole Studio

Our wellness rooms host a range of trusted independent therapists - from massage and bodywork to complementary therapies and restorative treatments. 


It’s a supportive space to look after your body, mind and mood without needing to travel between clinics.


We also have our dedicated Pole Studio: a fun, empowering way to build strength, confidence and mobility through uplifting movement. 


Whether you’re completely new or returning after years, pole offers a playful, confidence-building alternative to traditional exercise.
