I got myself a lot healthier since I joined...
Paul Sturgess, 69 years, Retired

I have not exercised in years. Is this really suitable for me?
Yes. Most Bodywise members start in exactly this position. The 6-Week Foundation Programme is specifically designed as a gentle, structured introduction. Your coach will start where you are and build from there. You will never be pushed beyond what your body can safely do.
I have a health condition or injury. Can I still join?
Our coaches are trained to work with health conditions, injuries, and post-surgical recovery. Many of our members manage conditions including arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis. Your health history is discussed in detail at the Discovery Meeting so we can build a programme that is safe and appropriate for you.
How much does it cost?
The 6-Week Foundation Programme is £297. Ongoing SGPT memberships start from £147 per month. The Discovery Meeting is completely free with no commitment. We have a range of options to suit different budgets and goals.
What if I am nervous about training around other people?
This is one of the most common things people say before their first session. Our groups are small, our environment is welcoming, and the people you will be training with are at a similar stage of life with similar goals and similar nerves. The best way to see this is to come in for your free Discovery Meeting.
What makes Bodywise different from a normal gym or fitness class?
At Bodywise, your coach knows your name, your health history, your goals, and your progress. Every session is adapted to your ability. Your results are tracked over time. And you are part of a community, not an anonymous face in a room. That combination is what makes the difference.
